Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
• Due to hygiene reasons, cosmetics (such as lipsticks, foundations, and skincare products) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs).
• We do not cover return shipping fees.

Order Cancellations

• Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If your order is already on its way, you may return it once you receive it (as per our return policy).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@aurablossom.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right!
